As Senior Legal Counsel, Dominique represents the Miriuwung and Gajerrong native title holders and is responsible for administering the two MG prescribed bodies corporate, managing community consultation activities in relation to economic development proposals and native title matters, including Aboriginal heritage issues. Dominique also advises MG Corporation generally on governance, employment, property, commercial and other legal matters.

Prior to joining MG Corporation, Dominique was a Senior Associate at national law firm, Clayton Utz, specialising in energy and resources, construction and major projects. She has a significant background of working within both public and private sectors on a wide range of commercial matters, having practised at Eversheds in the UK before relocating to Australia.

Dominique holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wales and a Diploma in Law from the University of Sydney. She is admitted to practise in the Supreme Courts of England and Wales, New South Wales, the Northern Territory and Western Australia, as well as in the High Court of Australia.
