MG Corporation is in the process of streamlining its operations through a corporate restructure. The restructure is intended to reduce administrative and compliance burdens, improve commercial efficiency and result in a more effective, transparent and coherent approach to the management of MG rights and interests. As part of the streamlined approach, the MG Corporation Board of directors is in the process of developing a Strategic Plan to guide MG Corporation toward its vision of achieving a healthy, wealthy and culturally strong MG community.
